Volunteers will prepare and individually package approximately 200 meals for Our Shared Kitchen's mobile meal delivery service.
Meal preparation takes place at Our Shared Kitchen's commercial kitchen space, in Northeast Austin.
More detailed instructions will be provided as the date approaches.
Menus are created based on the number of volunteers, so a three-day cancellation notice is required via an email to Joan.
Our Shared Kitchen volunteers must have a food handlers certificate. These typically take 1-2 hours and cost $10-$15. If you do not currently a certification in food handling, click here to learn more: FOOD HANDLERS CERTIFICATE
